Hertfordshire Liberal Democrats strongly object to Hertfordshire County Council's plans to reduce the opening hours of the Stevenage household waste sites to just five days a week. We also oppose the introduction of an imposed online booking system, which would restrict access to the sites to those who have pre-booked. These proposed changes are likely to result in increased fly-tipping and will significantly reduce accessibility for many residents.
