Peter Wilkins was elected as Stevenage Borough councillor for Manor Ward with a 32% majority in the Manor Ward by-election on Thursday 13th February.
Stevenage Liberal Democrats are delighted to announce that Peter Wilkins is the Liberal Democrat candidate in the upcoming by-election for Manor Ward which was caused by the sad death of our much-loved and long-standing Borough Councillor, Graham Snell.
